The successful incumbent will provide administrative support to the Information Technology department, primarily focusing on managing business-as-usual and change project activities related to a variety of industry-standard IT hardware/software.

Responsibilities

Delivering IT and related assistance upon request (via the Service Desk).
Process Identity and Access Management requests.
Provide support for IT projects delivery.
Follow internal standards (ITSM, ISO27001, GDPR and Change Management).

Skills / Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years technical experience supporting Microsoft OS’s and applications especially Windows 10, SCCM and providing IT support to business users is crutial. You'll have excellent communication skills and superb time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills. Exposure to Citrix, O365, Azure, Mitel, Active Directory, Service Desk Ticketing Platforms and exposure to IT Processes and Standards, and the ITIL v4 Foundation certificate would be desirable.
