Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Responding to customer queries in the most appropriate manner in line with the business' internal framework for complaints; policies and procedures.
Providing a compliant and high level of service to minimise occasions where complaints and disputes escalate.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing processes, demonstrated organisational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
