As the welcoming face of the organisation, you will provide accurate information, assist with customer queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
Handling customer queries efficiently and professionally while ensuring accurate and relevant information is delivered.
Covering reception duties and responding to email and phone queries in line with company standards.
Supporting the organisation's online services.
Adhering to core values, professional development requirements, and company procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

Candidates should have GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle customer queries, including managing dissatisfaction and supporting vulnerable clients. Banking knowledge and a willingness to learn about new products and services are essential, as is the right to work in Guernsey.
