As Director, you will oversee and manage a team in Alderney, ensuring effective supervision and leadership. Your role will encompass all aspects of client administration, along with handling technical client matters and projects. The ideal candidate will be based in Alderney or willing to travel there weekly, with a minimum stay of two days.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Board, the individual will be responsible for promoting the company's success, overseeing the daily implementation of policies and procedures, and establishing and maintaining good governance practices. The individual will also play a key role in transforming the business and guiding it into a new period of growth.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a STEP/ICSA qualified professional or possess relevant professional accreditations or certifications. They must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in trust and company management, including staff supervisory skills and previous directorship experience.
