As a Programme Manager, you’ll spearhead key projects, including operational changes and digital platform integrations, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals. This role will operate on an initial 6-month fixed contract.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Leading and managing strategic projects, including operational transformations and digital integrations.
Utilizing advanced project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
Identifying and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitoring project performance and delivering insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics platforms.
Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Providing leadership and mentorship to project management teams to foster excellence and collaboration.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role within the financial services sector, with a proven ability to lead complex projects and manage diverse teams. You’ll be digitally savvy, with advanced IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Excel, and PowerBI. Familiarity with additional analytics and management information tools is highly desirable.
