Our client is a locally run bank committed to providing exceptional experiences for their customers. They are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join their technology team, focusing on supporting colleagues and ensuring the secure, efficient, and sustainable use of technology.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Delivering excellent Service Desk support by resolving technical issues and contributing to project delivery.
Maintaining and improving IT systems to align with service agreements and risk profiles.
Managing IT partner relationships to ensure quality and accountability.
Overseeing IT issues from detection to resolution while maintaining documentation.
Supporting business continuity plans and enhancing cyber security measures.
Identifying and managing IT risks and implementing new solutions.
Driving system and process improvements in line with industry best practices.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or service desk roles, with proficiency in Windows Desktop (Windows 11), Active Directory, Office 365, and basic Windows server support. Knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies is essential. Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are required. While IT qualifications are beneficial, practical experience is equally valued.
