In this role, you will provide IT support with a focus on managing both day-to-day operations and change project activities, covering a wide range of industry-standard hardware and software. Additionally, you will assist with Facilities tasks as needed to support the overall organisation.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of technical experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications, including but not limited to MS Office, enterprise applications, SCCM, and endpoint security systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
