As a key member of the People Operations team, this Senior Associate role is pivotal in enhancing employee experience through expert knowledge of people policies and effective communication with stakeholders. Acting as the SME for Data Stewardship, Analysis, and Engagement, you’ll streamline processes and manage expectations across the business.

Responsibilities
This role involves coordinating Human Capital data with robust governance and controls, ensuring compliance in both regulatory and ad hoc reporting. You’ll provide data quality support, maintain systems, and drive system enhancements, alongside creating technical documentation and developing innovative technology solutions. Additionally, you’ll establish a Data Ownership Model for Human Capital data and manage technology issues by raising and resolving tickets with global teams.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring experience in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting, with strong communication and presentation skills. A background in Human Capital or HR technologies, data quality assurance, governance, and system integration is essential, along with experience in creating technical documentation for processes, data, and access management. They should demonstrate a creative approach to problem-solving and offer proactive support. Desirable skills include knowledge of GDPR and process documentation for HC policies. A relevant Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential.
