Our client, a well-established provider of financial and fiduciary services, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Trust Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Handling bookkeeping and general administration for a portfolio of trusts and companies.
Preparing statutory documents such as minutes, agreements, and trust instruments as required.
Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and institutions to ensure seamless communication and service.
Managing the purchase and sale of investments and assets, including properties.
Processing payments, distributions, invoices, and investment transactions.
Maintaining accurate investment records and ensuring all investments are up to date.
Conducting client due diligence (CDD) and ensuring records are complete and current.
Preparing detailed client reports.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in trust and company administration and be a proactive, team-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll have the ability to manage your workload independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs. While studying towards STEP or ICSA is preferred, it is not essential. Strong PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required.
