As the Ground Training Manager and Dangerous Goods Officer, you will report directly to the Head of Ground Operations and oversee the development and delivery of training programs in alignment with both company policies and regulatory standards. This role requires a recognised training qualification, along with proven experience in a training environment.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in collaboration with the Head of Ground Operations.
Providing training at off-island locations as necessitated by business needs.
Maintaining, reviewing, and managing all training records.
Ensuring all activities are conducted safely and legally, with a focus on ramp procedures.
Liaising with other carriers, airport authorities, and internal teams to address training issues.
Conducting weekly training meetings to ensure alignment and address any training-related issues.
Staying updated on Dangerous Goods Regulations and ensuring compliance with IATA DG manuals, including regulations, workbooks, and relevant tables.
Acting as the primary contact point for the CAA and internal staff for inquiries related to the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air.
