Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations. You will set local targets, budgets, and forecasts, and work closely with your team to support the local board in creating and maintaining financial plans, all with a strong commercial focus and mindset.

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Production and presentation of monthly management accounts to local boards and contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews with Group.
Preparation of financial statements.
Forecasting and annual 3-year plan creation.
Ensuring robust financial systems and processes are in place.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a professionally qualified accountant (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA preferred) or qualified by experience. While pensions experience is a plus, it is not essential. Strong people management skills are key, including the ability to support, listen, encourage, and coach effectively.
