Responsibilities
Administer a portfolio of corporate clients, managing relationships and transactions to a high standard.Act as a role model within the Governance Services team, contributing to a motivated and skilled team of administrators.
Provide technical support and training to team members, ensuring they understand transaction processes and standards.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing the firm’s reputation in the market.
Oversee daily team activities, ensuring timely task completion, adherence to deadlines, and effective workload management.
Ensure consistent service quality across your client portfolio and address any service-related issues swiftly.
Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team, ensuring accurate processing of client due diligence and updates to client reviews.
Assist with the accuracy of data input and maintenance within the corporate services practice management system.
Contribute to the client billing process and monitor outstanding fees.
Maintain required CPD levels for the role and keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory changes.
Skills / Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven corporate administration experience, ideally within corporate, trust, or fiduciary services.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, CGI).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Document Management Systems and Viewpoint (advantageous).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and maintain a positive, flexible approach.
