Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist with all aspects of fund administration, including supporting VC funds, management companies, and related vehicles. Key duties include processing fund operations, such as payments and investor updates, and maintaining investor and fund records in the system. You’ll also help with company secretarial tasks, preparing minutes, board packs, and reports, and provide support for ad-hoc client requests and project work as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, with A-levels preferred and good computer literacy. While prior office experience is beneficial, it’s not essential for this entry-level role.
