Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Investor Services team in Guernsey. This role focuses on providing high-quality fund administration services to private equity and alternative asset fund structures.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating client services, managing deadlines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Overseeing the full lifecycle of fund operations, including onboarding, ongoing administration, and termination.
Assisting with investor onboarding, AML/CDD reviews, and fund sub-closes.
Preparing and reviewing investor notices, capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations.
Managing client relationships and addressing client issues proactively.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
Driving the implementation of operational improvements and automation projects.
Mentoring and supporting team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in fund administration with expertise in private equity and closed-ended funds. They will possess strong knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS regulations, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A degree or professional qualification is required, along with excellent attention to detail, organisational abilities, and a flexible approach to work.
