Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Filing materials electronically in line with established classification protocols.
Creating, maintaining, and updating accurate records with assigned identification codes.
Responding to document queries and retrieving files promptly.
Reviewing and improving filing systems to enhance functionality.
Sorting and classifying incoming materials for proper filing or archival storage.
Managing outdated records in compliance with guidelines and legal requirements.
Supporting administrative tasks such as post handling, copying, and data collation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, numerical and interpersonal skills.
