Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Developing the subscription proposition to improve the customer experience for new and existing users.
Executing marketing strategies to drive subscription growth and improve retention rates.
Planning and managing promotional activities focused on key products, customer segments, and cross-channel alignment.
Enhancing automated customer service communications for a seamless subscriber experience.
Managing migration strategies for discontinued products to retain customers.
Reporting on key subscription KPIs to stakeholders.
Analysing subscription data to identify trends, optimise retention, and reduce churn.
Working closely with customer service teams to improve subscriber satisfaction and reduce cancellations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with experience in CRM, subscription marketing, or customer retention strategies. They will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive subscription growth while minimising churn. A natural problem solver, they will collaborate across departments, lead promotional campaigns, and use data-driven insights to influence decision-making. Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and project management is essential, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a subscription-based business.
