Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Developing the subscription proposition to improve the customer experience for new and existing users.
Executing marketing strategies to drive subscription growth and improve retention rates.
Planning and managing promotional activities focused on key products, customer segments, and cross-channel alignment.
Enhancing automated customer service communications for a seamless subscriber experience.
Managing migration strategies for discontinued products to retain customers.
Reporting on key subscription KPIs to stakeholders.
Analysing subscription data to identify trends, optimise retention, and reduce churn.
Working closely with customer service teams to improve subscriber satisfaction and reduce cancellations.
