A fantastic opportunity to join our client's dynamic operations team, providing administrative support and assisting with client due diligence (CDD) processes on a fixed-term contract of 9 months. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills who can ensure the accurate processing of customer data while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing administrative support to the Operations team, particularly in relation to client information and CDD.
Ensuring administration requests are processed accurately and in line with service level agreements.
Conducting client contact for additional information requests and CDD certification.
Reviewing and assessing CDD documentation and conducting video call certification as needed.
Assisting in monitoring customer risk profile assessments and escalating changes where required.
Inputting and approving customer profiles for individuals and corporate clients.
Performing ad-hoc WorldCheck screening and investigative searches to support due diligence requirements.
Supporting investigations related to customer complaints and information verification.
Participating in system development, testing, and updating operational procedures to improve efficiency.
Ensuring timely reporting of operational risks and implementing risk mitigation controls.
Contributing to the development of a culture of risk awareness and strong corporate governance.
