Savannah Silva

Savannah, the youngest and newest member of the team, joined Leapfrog in June 2024. Her background in recruitment has given her a solid foundation in identifying talent, a deep understanding of both client and candidate needs, and expertise in managing the onboarding process. Known for her bubbly and enthusiastic personality, Savannah excels at building positive relationships and finds great fulfilment in supporting others. Her enthusiasm for the role and fresh perspective makes her an asset to the team, bringing new ideas and energy to Leapfrog. Outside of work, Savannah can often be found at the piano, singing her heart out! When she's not making music, she enjoys playing netball, travelling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
