This integral role within a close-knit team involves providing essential Company Secretarial services, emphasising both independent work and collaborative efforts across the organisation. The position is responsible for delivering meticulous day-to-day Company Secretarial support to a dedicated client base.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Arranging and attending client board meetings.
Taking minutes, transcribing to final format.
Maintenance of corporate records.
Keeping minute books.
Maintaining corporate statutory reports.
Issuing EGM & AGM notices, proxy collation and recording.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have proven Company Secretarial experience, possess a minimum of GCSE-level education with a Grade C (5) or above in English and Mathematics, and hold, are studying, or are willing to study for an ICSA qualification, this could be the ideal role for you.
