Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Supporting the management of a portfolio of client entities and deputising for the Trust Manager as required.
Processing client instructions, actioning payments and maintaining accurate records.
Preparing minutes, resolutions and ensuring proper execution of documents.
Ensuring compliance with AML and KYC obligations, including ongoing due diligence and file reviews.
Maintaining internal records and systems, including diaries for regulatory and filing deadlines.
Coaching and supporting junior team members, providing training, feedback and motivation.
Assisting with new business enquiries and onboarding processes.
Liaising with internal teams such as Compliance, Legal and Finance.
Acting as an authorised signatory and participating in internal project work.
Recording time and assisting with client billing and fee collection.
