Our client is seeking an Associate Underwriter to join their team. The successful candidate will report to an Underwriter and will be responsible for underwriting Kidnap & Ransom insurance.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Deliver underwriting performance aligned with the budget.
Build and maintain relationships with distribution channels.
Underwrite, price, and negotiate accounts, focusing mainly on renewals but also handling new business from established channels.
Manage and analyse a portfolio, recommending ways to improve profitability and meet production targets.
Achieve production goals and underwrite profitably in a high-volume environment.
Participate in client and broker meetings to deepen knowledge.
Develop expertise in Crisis Management lines and support underwriting systems.
