Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, providing support to clients and colleagues, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting visitors and handling customer queries.
Resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
Processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
Managing documentation and administrative tasks.
Promoting insurance products and improving workflows.
Supporting projects and maintaining clear communication.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-focused roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They should be detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, and willing to learn about the insurance industry. GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above are required, and a commitment to pursuing relevant professional qualifications is highly desirable.
