Our client, a leading provider of life-insurance-based wealth management and employee benefit solutions, is known for their dynamic approach to delivering customer-focused services across a global audience. They are seeking a Policy Servicing and Transactions Senior Administrator to join their Guernsey-based team.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Supporting customers with policy servicing needs, including premium changes, holidays, transactions, and general queries.
Ensuring compliance with customer service standards, prioritising workloads, and monitoring outstanding deliverables.
Communicating professionally with customers, intermediaries, and regions via phone and email.
Producing and updating training materials and operational procedures.
Conducting risk and issue reporting in the designated tools.
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance policy servicing deliverables and efficiencies.
Maintaining a focus on customer experience, ensuring customers are informed and treated fairly.
Adhering to legal, audit, and AML requirements, including reviewing client due diligence and conducting video/security calls when necessary.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset with experience in the financial services industry, particularly in administration or customer service roles. They will possess excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills, combined with an understanding of regulatory requirements and AML practices. Familiarity with Microsoft365 and Adobe is advantageous.How To Apply
