They are now looking for a Senior Insurance Manager to take on a leadership role, managing key client relationships, driving service excellence, and contributing to the firm’s business development strategy.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Leading service excellence across a portfolio of captive clients, ensuring all annual regulatory and operational requirements are met.
Advising clients on optimal risk financing solutions and structures.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations relevant to client portfolios.
Managing, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Contributing to the firm’s strategic and operational planning, aligning with senior leadership objectives.
Assisting in business development activities, including RFP responses, new client onboarding, and promotional initiatives.
Supporting operational efficiency by leveraging technology and best-practice management systems.
Providing expert guidance on insurance queries, policy wording reviews, and technical issues.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards an ACII qualification (or equivalent) and possess strong technical knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance industry. They will have a proven track record in leading teams and managing client relationships, with previous experience in captive insurance being highly desirable. Some experience in staff supervision would be beneficial, alongside a strong commitment to delivering client service excellence. A dedication to continuous personal and professional development, both for themselves and their colleagues, will be key to thriving in this role.
