Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Delivering professional, efficient customer service across face-to-face, phone, and email channels.
Providing accurate insurance quotations and processing daily policy adjustments.
Handling client documentation in a timely and organised manner, ensuring all records meet audit standards.
Building strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
Contributing to the achievement of departmental performance targets.
Promoting the company’s brand and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
Adhering to regulatory requirements and internal procedures at all times.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear and professional service across various channels. Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude towards learning, and confidence working both independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Teams, is required. A willingness to study towards the Certificate in Insurance through the Chartered Insurance Institute is also expected.
