Responsibilities
Support the execution of business development and marketing plans to drive growthCoordinate and deliver legal directory submissions to ensure timely and impactful entries
Plan and execute external events, handling all operational and logistical aspects with precision
Prepare materials and provide support for business development trips, including post-trip follow-ups
Maintain the CRM system for accurate data capture and reporting on client, intermediary, and BD activities
Collaborate with colleagues to support business development initiatives, including pitching and other client engagement activities
Work closely with the local and global marketing departments to ensure seamless BD activity alignment with campaigns and strategic goals
Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s practices, local jurisdictions, and market trends to inform effective BD strategies
Take on ad hoc projects and provide additional support as required
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:A solid understanding of business development, marketing activities, and event coordination
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timeframes, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with various stakeholders
Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a passion for building strong relationships across the business
