We are excited to offer a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Human Capital Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in advancing our clients People Strategy. The successful candidate will focus on key HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and wellbeing, ensuring alignment with our culture and adherence to compliance standards.

Performance Management and Employee Engagement.Employee Relations (handling PIPs, investigations, and grievances).
Absence Management (wellbeing, extended leave, and long-term sickness).
Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Onboarding, internal transfers, and leaver management.
Policy and procedure updates to ensure legislative compliance.
Serve as a primary HC systems user, managing data reporting and analytics through Workday and other platforms.
Actively champion the firm’s culture, values, and behaviours within the team.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Centre (SDC) team on HR administration tasks, including long service awards, probation management, and reference requests.
Participate in additional ‘ad hoc’ project work as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a generalist Human Capital role.Strong understanding of UK or Channel Islands employment legislation, with hands-on experience in employee relations.
Proven project management abilities within Human Capital/HR settings.
Proficient in data reporting and analytics.
Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
High attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
Proactive and motivated, capable of managing diverse and sometimes conflicting demands.
Appreciation of diversity and inclusion, with an ability to influence and advise effectively.
Desirable but not essential:
Experience with Workday or similar HC systems.
CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying towards it.
3-5 years’ prior experience in a generalist HR role.
