Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing and developing relationships with new and existing corporate customers.
Acting as the primary contact for client enquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Overseeing account opening, maintenance, and service delivery to meet customer expectations.
Identifying and executing sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Conducting corporate customer risk assessments, onboarding, and periodic reviews.
Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.
Championing the customer experience to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
Driving high performance through continuous improvement and embracing change.
