Providing comprehensive monitoring and oversight support across a range of fund structures, legal entities, and alternative investment vehicles. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all funds comply with relevant regulations and adhere to constitutional documentation, contributing to the overall integrity and success of our investment operations.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, including areas such as depositary, custody, trustee, private equity, administration, or investment management. They will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including a history of successful communication at the client and board level.
