Ourr communications client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing strategy, driving online traffic, sales growth, and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, with the ability to create and manage multi-channel campaigns, and will take a data-driven approach to optimisation.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement consumer digital marketing strategies that align to the business and commercial objectives across three island markets .Day to day management of three consumer websites, including the creation and maintenance of new and existing pages, management of website development tasks and continuous optimisation of customer online journeys.
Oversee the management and optimisation of paid and organic digital channels.
Collaboration with marketing managers to bring campaigns to life across relevant digital channels.
Provide support and expertise on wider business digital projects.
Digital agency management including retainers, performance reviews and day-to-day management.
Analyse performance data and propose any changes to the relevant stakeholders.
Regularly communicate web and digital performance with the wider teams.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, channels and best practices, strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. and developmentHighly developed organisational skills including clear examples of project management
Highly Desirable (but not essential), would be someone with digital copywriting, UI and UX experience, SEO and SEM knowledge and expertise, proficiency in using tools such as Google analytics, Dynamics 365, Jira, experience of the telecoms sector and managing third parties/suppliers.
