Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Working closely with subject matter experts to support document automation projects.
Managing document automation support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Handling administrative tasks related to the management and maintenance of document automation services.
Collaborating with IT and other departments to build and integrate automation solutions within existing systems and workflows.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships across the business to ensure an engaging and professional client experience.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a document automation knowledge base.
Supporting system upgrades and ensuring seamless transitions.
Maintaining test scripts and requirement documentation to uphold quality standards.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in document automation, with a strong working knowledge of Contract Express. They will have a structured and methodical approach to complex automation projects and demonstrate an understanding of best practices in this area. The ability to support colleagues with patience and confidence is essential, ensuring that business needs are met while maintaining adherence to document automation processes. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of working efficiently under changing priorities. They should also have experience in onboarding and supporting other template developers, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all automated templates.
