As Group Company Secretary, you will lead governance initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and provide critical support to the Board and senior management.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Advising the Board and senior executives on corporate governance, legal requirements, and fiduciary duties.
Maintaining statutory registers, structure charts, and CDD documentation for group entities.
Ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings across jurisdictions.
Managing Board operations, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action points.
Overseeing shareholder relations, coordinating AGMs and EGMs, and ensuring transparent communication.
Leading or supporting corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Drafting reports, self-evaluations, and compliance assessments for the Board and Committees.
Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to mitigate regulatory risks effectively.
Leading and managing the Company Secretarial function to ensure efficient governance support.
