Responsibilities
Deliver precise HR guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle, including:Recruitment, probation, and job descriptions.
Absence management and occupational health referrals.
Exit processes.
Support managers in interpreting employment terms and conditions.
Monitor and analyse absence data to foster a supportive work environment.
Address conduct and performance concerns, promoting early intervention and resolution.
Contribute to broader HR operations and compliance with HR standards.
