This role is a great opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join a Commission Secretariat team in Guernsey. Reporting to the Deputy Director, HR (DDHR), this role is instrumental in supporting the organisation's HR and training initiatives to maintain excellence in regulation, innovation, and professional development.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Supporting HR operations, including policy development, record updates, and reporting.
Organising and coordinating professional training programmes with external providers.
Enhancing training initiatives, including core programmes and supervisory skills.
Aligning training roadmaps with organisational strategies and objectives.
Leading staff upskilling in project management, report writing, and cyber security.
Developing onboarding pathways for school leavers and graduates.
Creating training content on green finance, financial technology, and sustainability.
Managing relationships with training providers and recruitment agents.
Representing HR in meetings and supporting staff development through training and feedback.
