An innovative and trailblazing organisation, is eager to welcome an experienced HR Manager to support the Head of HR in driving their people strategy and delivering core HR services!

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Head of HR with all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Managing and updating personnel documentation in the HR data system.
Assisting with the annual review of employee compensation, benefits, and related documentation.
Preparing monthly payroll for review and processing employee expense claims.
Maintaining employee training records and coordinating annual benefit renewals.
Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Providing cover for office administration and completing ad hoc tasks as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management or equivalent, with experience in an HR role. Strong communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes are essential.
