Join the central HR team of this established financial services group, supporting resourcing efforts across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Leading recruitment activity across CI and UK offices, managing the process from initial brief to offer.
Coordinating with hiring managers to define needs, shortlist candidates and structure interviews.
Managing candidate sourcing via agencies, LinkedIn and other channels.
Planning and supporting recruitment and careers events to promote employer branding.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting via the SuccessFactors recruitment module.
Overseeing graduate and school-leaver programmes as part of the wider talent strategy.
Assisting with advice and support to managers on recruitment matters.
Contributing to Learning & Development by managing training logistics and records.
Providing administrative cover for onboarding and induction processes.
Supporting GDPR-compliant management of employee records and workspace data.
Participating in SOX compliance and audit readiness tasks.
Engaging in HR projects as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will bring up to 3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with exposure to end-to-end hiring practices and interview techniques. Strong IT skills and a working knowledge of recruitment platforms are essential. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management abilities are required, along with a high level of discretion and a client-focused approach.
