Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR support to specific operational areas, aligned with the organisation’s People Strategy and goals.Collaborate with senior leaders to align workforce needs with organisational transformation objectives.
Offer expert technical advice on HR policy compliance, terms and conditions, and HR directives.
Support strategic workforce planning through data analysis, resource forecasting, and training initiatives.
Ensure workforce planning aligns with the annual cycle, covering recruitment strategies, learning needs, and pay discussions.
Skills / Qualifications
Hold a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.Extensive HR experience with strong knowledge of Guernsey employment legislation and HR best practices.
Ability to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders and provide technical advice on complex issues.
Skilled in persuasion and influencing to drive effective outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning specialised HR systems.
