Our Client is seeking a motivated and experienced Secretary to join a dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a designated group of fee earners, enabling them to focus more effectively on client-related work.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:General administration.
Managing document amendments, proofreading, client/matter creation, and typing tasks.
Handling communications, organising meetings and diaries, managing files, and processing expenses.
Updating contact details and logging marketing activities.
Creating PowerPoint presentations and preparing materials for meetings.
Coordinating logistics for events and trips, updating plans, and compiling biographies.
Maintaining accurate biographies and profiles on platforms like LinkedIn.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a well-organised and communicative professional with a background in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in a legal setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems are desirable, along with a good education standard and a team-oriented, flexible approach.How To Apply
