They are seeking an Analyst, Listings to review applications, conduct due diligence, and liaise with Listing Members—an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally based company with global ambitions.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Scrutinising listing applications to ensure suitability in line with Listing Rules.
Providing feedback on applications and corresponding with Listing Members.
Supporting the decision-making process by presenting recommendations to the Listings and Membership Committee.
Conducting due diligence to identify relevant issuer information, including legal or regulatory concerns.
Monitoring and responding to further inquiries from Listing Members.
Processing applications through to approval, ensuring compliance with listing timelines.
Assisting with onboarding, training, and development of Assistant Analysts.
Collaborating closely with Market Regulation and Compliance teams.
Managing relationships with Listing Members and attending meetings as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They should be confident, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in financial markets are essential. While prior regulatory or securities exchange experience is preferred, candidates with a background in professional finance organisations are also encouraged to apply.
