They are now seeking an Office Administrator to take responsibility for filing and scanning while supporting broader administrative functions that keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Accurately maintaining documents in the company’s document management system in accordance with in-house filing policies
Efficiently scanning, filing, and managing client records while ensuring GDPR compliance
Assisting with the upkeep of the archive system and coordinating file destruction in line with GDPR regulations
Coordinating closures and transfers while supporting the New Business team with client onboarding and file creation
Managing the reception area, including handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and welcoming visitors
Handling switchboard duties, filtering and redirecting calls appropriately
Replenishing office supplies, including stationery and vital resources
Ensuring photocopiers are stocked and maintained, liaising with the IT department when necessary
Taking responsibility for communal areas, including kitchen, bathrooms, and meeting room
