Responsibilities
Duties for this role will include, but are not limited to; fostering an agile mindset and culture of change across all stakeholder levels, managing relationships with external partners for effective delivery; overseeing resource and budget management to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery; and maintaining CPD requirements in line with qualifications and internal procedures.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will display a strong academic performance at GCSE and A-Level (or equivalent) or a Project Management qualification or relevant experience, proven experience with agile methodologies and the capability to foster an agile culture within the change management team and practical experience in full-cycle change management, including initiation, requirements gathering, delivery, benefits realisation, and review.
