Our client is seeking an experienced Service Review Manager who will be a key member of the Service Delivery team focusing on quality control, problem solving and continuously developing the service to their clients.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day oversight for selected clients, monitoring their technical support to ensure it meets high standards. Additionally, manage and investigate any service-related risks or complaints and be responsible for overseeing critical incidents in line with departmental SLAs.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a service delivery environment with a strong focus on excellence. They should be highly organised, capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously, and possess a solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources. A technical background is preferred.
