As a Workplace Operations Senior Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client and visitor experience within the business' building environment. You will support local on-site operational teams to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace. Additionally, you may occasionally be required to travel to Jersey to support operations.

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Overseeing and supporting facilities management including building management systems, landlord relationships, customer service and work with cleaners/security.
Responsibility for all compliance documentation ensuring it is regularly updated and maintained.
Assist in conducting regular supplier/contractor meetings to monitor Key Performance Indicators and ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
Carry out room status checks as required to ensure technology, including AV/IT facilities are working and can be used by clients/ staff.
Check and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies, including stationery.
Sending/receiving and distributing mail/deliveries.
Organising training for First Aiders and Fire Wardens, ensuring that each office has the required number of staff trained.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a customer service environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels. They will exhibit an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a keen eagerness to learn and drive their own continuous self-development. Proficiency with desktop applications, particularly the Microsoft Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs, and Slides), is desirable.
