This integral role within a close-knit team involves providing essential Company Secretarial services, emphasising both independent work and collaborative efforts across the organisation. The position is responsible for delivering meticulous day-to-day Company Secretarial support to a dedicated client base.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Arranging and attending client board meetings.
Taking minutes, transcribing to final format.
Maintenance of corporate records.
Keeping minute books.
Maintaining corporate statutory reports.
Issuing EGM & AGM notices, proxy collation and recording.
