In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the entire Trust Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Covering for the administration assistant to distribute incoming mail and switchboard.
Making travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
Obtaining address verifications through XDS, scan client CDD and update the system accordingly.
Preparing revised Authorised Signatory Lists to intermediaries when updated.
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Maintaining client confidentiality.
