Our client is seeking a Director to lead the management, governance, and strategic direction of their Pensions business in Guernsey. This senior role requires ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategy, adherence to legislative and regulatory standards, and promoting best practices in risk management, corporate governance, and business development.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Overseeing the management and operations of the Pensions business, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Group objectives.
Inspiring teamwork and leadership while fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
Developing and implementing the business strategy, including overseeing financial performance, risk management, and corporate governance.
Leading client relationship management, business development, and the introduction of new products and services.
Representing the company as an ambassador and strengthening relationships with clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
