Our client, a leader in private wealth and corporate services, is seeking a Pensions Administrator to support their growing team. This role is crucial for maintaining a high level of service for private clients and ensuring the smooth management of pension schemes.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Administering pension schemes and managing a personal portfolio of clients.
Processing complex investment solutions accurately and on time.
Liaising with intermediaries to implement tax, legal, and investment advice.
Maintaining accurate statutory records and conducting periodic reviews.
Addressing compliance queries and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Managing new business, payments, financial data, and debtor positions.
Evaluating third-party advisers and fostering effective relationships.
Collaborating with internal departments on accounting and tax matters.
Supporting junior staff and resolving queries.
Delivering high-quality, timely service while adhering to company policies and legislation.

Skills / Qualifications

Candidates should ideally have ‘A’ Level qualifications or equivalent, with prior experience managing client portfolios, especially in pensions administration, considered advantageous.
