Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Handling administrative tasks related to bespoke personal pension plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responding to member queries and processing administrative requests in a timely manner.
Updating and maintaining client records within relevant systems such as Viewpoint.
Preparing and dispatching documentation, including benefit requests, loan requests, transfer-out requests, and investment applications.
Drafting trustee minutes and resolutions as required.
Assisting with the onboarding of new business and additional contributions for bespoke pension plans.
Supporting compliance and financial functions, including liaising with accounts and managing fee collection processes.
Coordinating with intermediaries, investment houses, and introducers to ensure smooth transaction handling.
