Join our client, a leading financial services organisation as a Senior Client Services Representative, supporting clients and financial advisors with administrative services related to unit-linked plans.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing client support to multi-jurisdictional clients in relation to their policies, ensuring service standards are met.
Managing customer queries via telephone, email, and video calls, ensuring a high standard of customer care.
Taking ownership of client enquiries from initiation to resolution, escalating complex matters where necessary.
Assisting with client due diligence and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Supporting system development and testing for operational improvements.
Participating in projects and training sessions to develop technical expertise.
Ensuring adherence to AML, fraud controls, and compliance policies.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer services within a financial services environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to learn new systems are essential.
