Our client is seeking a Manager to lead and support their Recovery & Reorganisation team across Jersey and Guernsey. Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Overseeing a portfolio of recovery and reorganisation cases, including asset realisations, investigations, and distributions.
Managing client relationships, liaising with creditors, and ensuring timely and cost-efficient case progress.
Supervising and coaching team members, delivering training, and conducting appraisals to support professional development.
Analysing and reporting on risk factors, case budgets, and billing plans to ensure efficient financial management.
Actively contributing to business development, marketing efforts, and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements across all activities.
